Tree purchases can be collected from our garden in The Gold Coast by appointment.

 

DELIVERY

If you require a courier service, select garden pickup at the checkout. From here we will contact you and arrange the best transport options for your purchase. We will invoice you seperately for the courier, packing and handling fee that will vary between trees and your location. We encourage you to get in contact with us prior to committing to a purchase if pick-up is not an option. We use Rangeview Transport for larger trees and Sendle for smaller trees within Australia. By commiting to purchase and selecting delivery, you automatically accept the delivery fee's at the rate that is quoted at for each tree. Due to interstate biosecurity quarantine laws trees cannot be shipped or delivered to the states of WA and TAS. No international shipping available.

Purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, you acknowledge that due to the nature of living plant material your tree may change slightly since photographed. We accept no responsibility for the changes of health, or the death of plant material once it has left our care, though we do everything in our abilty to ensure safe and healthy passage to a trees final destination.
